These suggestion u can either follow it or not~
Depend to u tat u believe me tat is true or not~

These are all my suggestion to grow tall:
1. Have rope skipping for 500times per day
2. Don't even try headstand after u have ur rope skipping (not every1...means somebody)
3. Don't carry something tat was really heavy at ur shoulders
4. Set personal target like example: rope skipping for 100times for 1st trial, den more n more~
5. When u're free enuff... just jump(must be patience, if not u sure cant make it)

These are all my suggestion to grow tall~
